DRIVER CPC

 All professional LGV / HGV / PCV drivers must complete 35 hours Periodic Training over a 5 year period, this equates to 1 training day per year for the next five years.

We are members of the RTITB Driver CPC Consortium that is offering a range of modules focused on courses that benefit drivers and fulfil their Periodic Training requirements.

The first course we are currently running is is titled "Drivers Hours and Tachographs". This course is openly available the first Friday of every month at our Training Centre. Other courses can be arranged at the Training Centre or clients sites on demand.

 After the course we will upload the candidate data to the Driving & Vehicle Agency (DVA). At this stage the candidate is credited on their database with having completed 7 hours of the required 35 hours training. The employer will receive a certificate of attendance for each candidate.

In addition to the DVA database, we at Safety Lift (Ireland) Limited will also maintain candidate records for future use by the company.

We can offer keen rates for individuals but also substantial discounts for groups of drivers.
